Whole bean and capsule profiles are developed separately to ensure each format performs exactly as intended — delivering properly Italian coffee with consistency, depth and character.

Espresso Preparation Guidance

Every Automobili Caffè® blend has been developed for balanced extraction, crema and consistency across both bean-to-cup and capsule preparation.

Suggested starting dose:
7g per shot.
From there, extraction can be adjusted depending on:

  • Machine type
  • Grinder calibration
  • Cup size
  • Preferred intensity

As with any properly Italian espresso, small adjustments in grind and dose can significantly influence body, crema and finish. The goal is always balance rather than excess.
