Made in Italy, the Eureka Mignon Specialità combines quiet operation with precise grind adjustment in a compact grinder designed for home espresso.
Eureka’s stepless micrometric adjustment system allows fine control when dialling in an espresso, while 55mm flat hardened-steel burrs provide fast, consistent grinding. Silent Technology reduces vibration and grinding noise, with Eureka’s ACE system helping to limit clumping and static.
A touch display provides two programmable timed doses, continuous grinding and an Extra Dose function, with an adjustable hands-free fork for grinding directly into the portafilter.
Selected by Automobili Caffè to accompany the Automobili Caffè by ASTON espresso machine collection. Bespoke colour matching is also available by individual commission.
